United Women in Faith United Women in Faith

The United Women in Faith has been busy this month with two projects. The first one was in an effort to help the flood victims in Kentucky with some hygiene kits, which was a UMCOR project. The group gathered at Sandy Archer's home on Saturday, September 17th, and assembled eight kits with items that they donated. Each one contained a washcloth and hand towel, toothbrush and toothpaste, 2 bars of soap, nail clippers, a comb, and a box of band-aids, and were packaged up and put in the mail.

Our second project last month was to donate over 100 cookies and serve them at the Fall Festival on Saturday, September 24th.

Our UWF tries to do projects each month to help some group or individual, and we were happy to help out with these.

Sincerely,
Sandy Archer
